  I found Yates & Co. on Etsy while searching through hundreds of vintage rings. Their product pictures are some of the best macro photography I have ever seen, allowing you to see exactly what you are getting, even better than you can see with your own eyes in normal lighting. This allowed me to make a better decision without seeing the ring in person. I worked with Ron as I made my decisions, and he was extremely helpful and insanely punctual in replying to my questions. He showed a true interest in ensuring I found what I was looking for, not just what he could sell me on. He responded to all of my specific needs (paying in installments, incognito packaging, etc.) and even followed up with me after the purchase to ensure I was satisfied. Yates & Co will definitely be our first stop for our next jewelry purchase.

  I am over joyed with Yates and Company Jewelers!! There customer service, if I could rate them using a scale of 1000, 1000 would be their score. My purchase was set up from finding a piece on their website that I was overjoyed about. I am from Georgia, I saw my piece called their store which is three hours behind Georgias time. Informed them of my choice and made payment arrangements. EVERYTHING went smoothly including the shipment request. Many accolades to my representative as well Mrs. Ashton Yates-Woolley that went over and above for me, she will be hearing from me again and I hope real soon (;D)!! Sandie

  They are very trustworthy and very friendly and helpful. I've had several pieces of family jewelry fixed and had pieces made and all have been done perfectly! Plus they stock some very unique jewelry. I would definitely recommend them.
